Dark and Light

Dark and light.
Usually two opposites.
The dark shows expression and is strong.
The light, on the other hand, shy and beyond.
Together in a wonderland of snow.
Together for as long as you know.
This should be destroyed soon.
Because the dark prefers the moon.
Silence follows pain.
The light shadowed by rain.
Tears were inevitable.
And nobody gave the light a helping hand.
Over time, snow turned to sand.
Back in the wonderland of snow.
Which shatters like the shards of a mirror. Shards, which pointed, sharp but also cold, leave wounds so bleeding and warm.
For the body and the heart.
Wounds that can never be healed.
